Our Focus

Our focus is to support women who have recently been incarcerated and looking to rebuild their confidence, navigate services in the community, and focus on achieving their life goals.  We encourage women to engage in therapeutic exercises that align with the mind, body, and soul at HOP 23. On-site services that address the client's medical and mental health, career and educational goals, and a variety of physical activities to boost confidence and increase clarity creates an atmosphere of healing and restoration. Women utilizing HOP 23 services will have a new level of self-confidence and lead healthier lifestyles which ultimately assist them in making better decisions for their future.

Education

Our goal is to build bridges between educational institutions and the facility to create a safe learning environment where residents can enhance their decision making skills and mental agility.

Health

House of Psalms 23 promotes whole-person wellness through on-site CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) health education, women's health discussions, nutrition education, and physical wellness activities. These services empower participants to build healthier lifestyles and improve their overall well-being.

Community

Community service allows us to become active members of our community. While volunteering, residents can boost self-confidence, gain social skills, and most important give back to vulnerable populations.
