Tiffany Howington, MSCJ
HRSN Supportive Housing Case Manager
I am a Syracuse, New York native with over eight years of experience working in education, youth development, and community-based support services. My career has centered on advocating for underserved populations, including justice-involved youth, families experiencing homelessness, and individuals navigating complex life transitions.
In addition to my professional roles, I remain deeply committed to service through volunteer leadership as a Youth Ministry Leader, member of the Young Adult Missionary Society, and supporter of an incarcerated women’s re-entry program, helping women successfully reintegrate into their communities. These experiences reflect my passion for mentorship, faith-driven service, and restorative support work.
I earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Management with an emphasis in Law Enforcement from Columbia College in 2018. My academic training, combined with hands-on leadership experience as a former program supervisor in a group home setting and educator in an inner-city school environment, has prepared me to lead programs that strengthen youth outcomes, support families, and promote safer communities.
I am dedicated to building meaningful partnerships with courts, service providers, and community organizations to create opportunities for growth, stability, and long-term success for the individuals and families I serve.
